Review, Edit & Approve Your Company Listing

 

This listing includes contact info & product categories and is visible on the event website Exhibitor List and also the event Mobile App closer to the event. 
**You must be logged in to the Resource Center to access this section.

Register for Exhibitor Badges

 

All staff working in your booth space during the event will need an Exhibitor Badge. This badge will also give you access during installation & dismantle days.

 

**If you are a Co-Exhibiting company, please note that you share a Registration password with your Lead Exhibitor. Please contact your Lead Exhibitor to register for badges.

Invite Customers or Buyers

 

Through the Exhibitor Registration area you can also invite your customers or buyers to attend the event. All exhibitor eVIP invitations and efforts are at no cost to you - they are included with your exhibit space purchase.

Submit Boston Department of Health Temporary Food Application Form

*Required for Exhibitors sampling food in their booth.*

The Temporary Food Permit Application must be submitted with a food service Health License or Permit from the exhibitor’s local, state, or regional Health Department

Submit Co-Exhibitor Form 

 

Exhibitors are allowed 1 complimentary basic listing per 10x10 booth (your company). A 10x20 booth is eligible for 2 complimentary basic listings (your company plus 1 co-exhibitor). A co-exhibitor fee of US $500 is charged for each co-exhibiting company that exceeds the allotted amount. No more than two companies or brands are allowed per 10’ x 10’.

Submit Booth Approval Form

 

Through this form you will provide booth details along with drawings of the booth design for our Operations team to evaluate and approve. It is required for ALL Lead Exhibitors.

Submit Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Form 

 

Required ONLY if an outside contractor will be building your booth. If you will be hiring a company, outside of Freeman, to build your booth, please fill out this form. Also, if you will be building your booth yourself, you will not need to fill out this form.

If you will be shipping your materials in advance of the event to the Freeman Warehouse, please note the following timeframe. Freeman will deliver your materials to your booth prior to the event. Please contact Freeman for all associated fees. This option is NOT for refrigerated or frozen items.

Freeman will begin receiving materials on-site on this date. Shipments arriving prior to March 7th may be refused by the venue and/or incur additional charges. Freeman will receive your materials and deliver them to your booth space. Please contact Freeman for all associated fees
