WAWA is the first laptop manufactured in Peru aimed at improving the educational quality of children and students through a circular business model. The laptop has the ability to upgrade only with the change of SBC board, in addition, it is the first laptop to have a portable solar panel as a power source, making it the only eco-friendly and sustainable laptop. It has two free operating systems and GPIO ports that provide access to the development of Robotics, Home Automation and IoT.
WAWA Laptop is accompanied by a Comprehensive Action Plan that seeks to promote computational thinking, personal empowerment and improve the quality of the student’s life through the correct use of ICT, with the aim of creating digital citizens with values.

It has 2 Android and Linux operating systems. Oriented to students from 5 to 15 years old. Includes wireless wifi connection and network cable. It has access to ports that serve for robotics projects and the development of internet programs. WAWA Laptop has a portable solar panel that gives it an autonomy of 2 hours and 30 minutes, in addition to being able to use electricity.
The project was born in 2017 and was carried out by Wayquis Solutions in cooperation with Andes Accelerator of Universidad San Martín de Porres, Fledge Peru, and Playtec of Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. It has a software board (Open source) and hardware (Raspberry / odroid) with the aim of integrating different technologies such as office automation, robotics, home automation, IoT and WEB Programming in the same space, seeking to improve the educational quality of children and students from our country and the world.
