The Zuckerman family has been an innovative potato grower for four generation in Stockton, Calif. Zuckerman Produce proudly distributes the family’s line of premium potato products; Bella Blanca® white potato, Bella Roja® red potatoes, in addition to Yellow, Purple, and Yellow fingerling potatoes. Grown in California’s fertile San Joaquin Delta, Zuckerman potatoes are shipped July to October. The Zuckerman Family promotes fresh, uniform size and packs of potatoes. Potatoes are cooled and maintained in our 30,000-sq.ft., temperature-controlled warehouse after packing to ensure a consistent temperature throughout each potato pack.
