SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITOR SESSION/MEETING ROOM DELIVERABLES 

Thank you for your continued support of HITEC. To help make your sponsorship, exhibitor education session, and/or meeting room a success, the following information is requested. 

Note: The information needed varies based on the sponsorship/promotion purchased. Please carefully review the form links below to identify which your company needs to fill out. 

Who: Exhibiting companies who have paid for a sponsorship, exhibitor tutorial and Technology Showcase. 

Who: Exhibiting companies who have paid to sponsor an education session on the HITEC program. 

Who: Exhibiting companies who have paid to lead an exhibitor tutorial with only ONE presenter. 

Who: Exhibiting companies who have paid to lead an exhibitor tutorial with MULTIPLE presenters. 

Who: Exhibiting companies who have paid to lead a Technology Showcase session. 

Who: Exhibiting companies who have paid to rent a meeting room at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. 

Who: Exhibiting companies who have purchased a sponsorship with graphic requirements (i.e. banners and clings). Upload the artwork to spec to this HITEC 2023 Dropbox folder.
