Onsite Staffing
Exhibitor registration is now open

To generate badges for your company employees, the primary contact from your company can log into your company’s Event Portal and click “Register Now”.

  • If you need to change your company’s main contact, reach out to Liz Peters (Lpeters@carwash.org).
  • Each exhibiting company receives the following allotment:
    • (2) Badges per 10x10 for Company Employees
    • Once you have utilized your allotted complimentary badges, you may purchase additional badges for booth staff for $75 each.
Housing is now open for you to book rooms at a discounted price.
  • All option in The Car Wash Show block are within walking distance of Music City Center.
  • Connections Housing is the only company authorized by The Car Wash Show to provide housing services to attendees and exhibitors.
    • For your own security, please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event.
