Pre-Show Marketing
If you haven't already, make sure to check out Mission 1: Digital Readiness for tips on promoting your booth participation via The ShowTM's various digital tools. 

 

Attendee lists will be available to exhibitors after registration has begun.  Lists are rated at a per-attendee cost and can be segmented according to your preference. Once available, the option to purchase and distribute messaging* to The Car Wash ShowTM attendee list will be open until the end of July in 2026.
*all messaging sent to attendees will be vetted and approved by the International Carwash Association before it is deployed
IMPORTANT! Many groups and individuals will reach out to you attempting to sell an attendee list.  Do NOT purchase any information that is not provided by The Car Wash ShowTM/International Carwash Association and it's official registration partner Maritz.

 

Lead Capture at The Show
All badges will be printed with a QR Code that is linked to that person's registration at The Car Wash ShowTM.  Exhibitors will have the opportunity to scan attendees visiting their booth via XPress Leads - an event technology available for purchase via an app on your phone or by renting a physical scanner onsite.
A purchase order form will be linked here when available leading up to the event.
