How to obtain your exhibit space for 2025?
Booth space assignments will follow a priority system according to the total spend at the previous IIAR Conference and the timely submission of a completed Exhibit Space Application to IIAR:

Explore our Truck Pavillion Option
The Truck Pavilion refers to space designated only for equipment already mounted in a showcase trailer. This space consists of a 20' X 40' (800 sq ft) area in which you can bring your company's latest equipment already set up inside a trailer or on a flat bed. If a company desires to bring equipment already mounted on a flat bed or inside a trailer, the company must reserve a Truck Pavilion space.
How to obtain a higher priority status for the 2026 Heavy Equipment Expo in San Antonio, TX?
Priority is given on a prior year conference and NRF spend basis.
♦ IIAR Conference Sponsors, and sponsors and trustees of the Natural Refrigeration Foundation get to be in the first group to sign up for Exhibit space at the next conference.
♦ You can also present a Product Showcase Presentation at the Expo or expand your company’s exhibit space footprint.
