Description

Finding the right digital tools to implement in the classroom can be a challenge. Using a tool like Nearpod helps educators to engage students in mutli-media lessons full of diverse activities in which students can be creative, communicate, collaborate, and think critically. Learn how to create lessons for use in the classroom, as "practice" through the student-paced lessons, and how easy it is to create and begin using Nearpod. Students can create their own lessons, providing individual and authentic learning opportunities and can then take over the classroom as the teacher, building confidence and collaboration, and empowering students in their learning. Begin creating lessons which include virtual reality, variety of question types, and other interactive features which promote student engagement, motivation and foster development of the important skills of communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking. Walk away with lessons to share and apps to implement tomorrow.
