Registration Cancellations and Substitutions
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to customer service. Registration cancellations or requests for refund received in writing by June 3, 2024, will be entitled to a refund up to the total amount paid less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received between June 4, 2024, and June 28, 2024, will be subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after June 28, 2024. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Attendees are able to substitute names at any time. Requests must be submitted to customer service.
