Qlab has developed an infrared‐to‐visible quantum‐dot (QD) display that integrates an all‐QD‐based IR detector and visible emitter. When the device detects the IR light, the exciton extracts and injects to the visible QD layer for exciton recombination. This technology enables direct visualization of invisible light, making it applicable in areas such as biosensing and optical encryption. Qlab will demo a prototype with a sensing/emitting area of 2mm x 2mm, along with magnified images captured by a camera.
