• Civil liability reform for agritourism is now law after being a priority of the agriculture community for close to a decade. Learn how PFB’s leadership helped secure this legislative victory and what it means for Pennsylvania farmers. Signage to help agritourism operators comply with a new law limiting civil liability will be available for purchase.
• PFB’s Government Affairs and Communications staff will be on hand to discuss recent advocacy accomplishments and address questions and concerns you may have related to your farm. We’ve also have important updates for farmers about legislative and regulatory matters.
• PFB’s Member Relations staff will be available to discuss the many benefits and discounts available to Farm Bureau members.
• PFB’s Women’s Leadership Committee will host activities themed around this year’s FARM-Tastic Book, “What’s in the Garden?” Stop by for crafts, a raffle for a basket of gardening supplies, a root vegetable garden display, and more.
• Pennsylvania Young Ag Professionals will highlight how they engage the next generation of agriculture leaders through special programming, networking, awards, and more.
• Pennsylvania Friends of Agriculture Foundation will host a hands-on, education activity themed around a farmers market that teaches kids about healthy food choices.
• MSC Business Services will showcase their valuable business and financial services that are specially geared towards agriculture. Learn how they can help with tax preparation, payroll, accounting, farm management and more.
• PFB Health Services will showcase their valuable services specially designed for agriculture, including offering group dental and vision plans and helping farmers and their families navigate the health insurance marketplace and finding Medicare coverage.
• PFB’s partners at Nationwide, M&T Bank and First Citizens Bank will be on hand to discuss the services they offer for Farm Bureau members.
