WELCOME TO THE SOURCE FOR TASBO EXPO 2022!

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the TASBO Engage 2022 Annual Conference.  TASBO Engage Annual Conference brings together over 3,000 Texas school business and educational professionals for one of the largest and most comprehensive networking events in the state.  TASBO Engage provides networking, professional development and leadership opportunities for school finance and operations professionals.  Key decision makers who are directly responsible for the purchase of millions of dollars' worth of goods and services for public schools in Texas will be in attendance.  Meet with CFOs, business managers, technology directors, facilities and operations managers, food service directors, transportation, human resources, accounting and other business officials.  This year's expo will have over 330 exihbitor booths.

EXPO HOURS**:                                                                                                                                                 

  • Tuesday, February 14th, 3:45 PM - 6:30 PM - Expo Opening Reception. This is all attendees' first view of the expo hall.  It will by far be the busiest time on the floor!   
  • Wednesday, February 15th, 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Lunch will be served for exhibitors and attendees in the expo.  There'll also be a closing reception Wednesday afternoon.**
  • Move Out: Exhibitors will be asked to move out between 5:30pm – 8:30pm

Each 10X10 exhibitor space includes one (1) 6-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, a waste basket and four (4) exhibitor badges. A 10x20 or 20x20 space includes eight (8) exhibitor badges. (Badge registration will open in December 2021.  If an exhibitor would like to register more than the allotted amount of exhibitor badges per booth, there is a $200 charge for each additional badge.)

**Exhibitors with large buses or larger displays will be contacted directly for set-up and move-in times.  No booth may be dismantled prior to the designated time without permission from TASBO.  TASBO reserves the right to disqualify any vendor from any TASBO event for non-compliance with this requirement.

ADDITIONAL BOOTH FURNISHINGS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE:                                                                                                                                                       
Power, carpet and other booth furnishings may be ordered via the Exhibitor Kit, managed by Freeman. 

PRIZE DRAWINGS:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
Exhibitors may award prizes at their booths during expo hours.  TASBO will assist with the process of notifying prize winners during the expo hours; however, TASBO is not responsible for individual exhibitor prizes.  Due to new purchasing rules and regulations, prizes should not exceed $50 in value.  If you are doing a drawing from business cards at your space, TASBO will provide you with a prize voucher form to fill out with the winner’s name. TASBO will set up an area in the TASBO Lounge inside the exhibit hall to place all completed prize voucher forms.  Attendees will check in the TASBO Lounge to see if they won a prize drawing.  Prize winners will claim the voucher with their name and go to the exhibitor booth listed on the voucher to redeem the prize.

STANDARDS, SAFETY, NOISE, FOOD, PERMITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
