The Summer Solutions Conference is a learning and networking opportunity for approximately 1,000 school business officials from school districts throughout Texas. Attendees include CFOs, accountants, business managers, technology, facilities, transportation, food service directors, and other school business decision-makers and influencers. This summer event has a casual, intimate, and family-friendly feel.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations before June 1 will be refunded at 50%. Beginning on June 1, no refunds will be issued.

STANDARDS, SAFETY, NOISE, FOOD & PERMITS:
Exhibitors must adhere to all TASBO Standards of Exhibition. Key reminders before making your booth arrangements:

• Exhibits or displays may not be dismantled or removed from the Exposition until the Exposition has been officially closed.  
• Exhibitors shall conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations in a manner which ensures those attending the presentation or demonstration are within the contracted Exhibit Space and not encroaching on the aisle or neighboring Exhibits.  
• Texas law and school district local policies prohibit local government officers from accepting most personal gifts. Alcohol is strictly prohibited as a giveaway item. TASBO reserves the right to determine the eligibility of an Exhibitor’s giveaway item on-site at an event and to determine if the item conflicts with the Standards of Exhibition or the Texas Education Code.
