ACTION ITEM:

• Sponsors are responsible to design, produce and ship their own inserts. Please plan to sent 4,000 inserts
• Only product samples will be accepted into trade show bags. No flyers, broshures or other paper advertisements 
• Products/Samples may not exceed 8.5"W  x 11"H
• Samples must follow the LVCC Regulated Products Policy
• The following samples are NOT ALLOWED in bags per LVCC Policy: Samples containing Delta 8, 9, and/or 10, Kratom, THC
• Send a picture of your insert to Justin Graff at JustinGraff@totalproductexpo.com to have your insert approved. **ONLY APPROVED BAG INSERTS WILL BE PLACED BAG**
• Ship (QTY TBD) units to the Advanced Warehouse. If Bag Inserts are not received by (Day, Date, Year) by 9:00AM PT, they will not be placed in the trade show bag. See Shipping Information Below
