Here is How to Register For Your Booth

Important Information

  • The 2025 United Soccer Coaches Convention is from January 8th - 12th in Chicago, IL.
  • Exhibit Hall Opens Thursday, January 9th.
  • For all registrations, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to complete your application.
  • To be placed on the show floor, all exhibitors must utilize the association's hotel room blocks. More detailed information will be released soon for where the room blocks are located and how to book these.
  • Booths will be sold until the Exhibit Hall is sold out.
  • Peninsulas, islands, and corners are available for purchase; they are not restricted to certain packages.

Standard Booth Items

Please see the items that are included with your booth space listed out below. Power and internet are NOT included and must be purchased through the Exhibitor Service Manual that will be launched with your booth placement.

10x30 & Smaller Booths

  • 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape
  • Exhibitor identification sign (7" x 44")
  • 24" wide by 30" high by 6' long table with skirting (2 per 10x10)
  • 2 standard chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • Standard carpeting
  • 4 Exhibitor badges per 10x10 booth space
  • Maximum of 12 badges allowed for booths 10 x 30 and smaller

20x20 & Larger Booths

  • 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape
  • Exhibitor identification sign (7" x 44")
  • 24" wide by 30" high by 6' long table with gray skirt  (quantity: 2)
  • 4 standard chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • Standard carpeting
  • 4 Exhibitor badges per 10x10 booth space
  • Maximum of 24 badges allowed for booths 20x20 and larger
