Reserve your booth space for AAPEX 2019 online!
Please note the following:
- Please note that acceptance of exhibit space applications has ceased. Applications received at this time will be placed on a wait list. AAPEX Event Management will advise you appropriately if space becomes available.
- The cost for booth space is:
- $26.00 USD per square foot for Auto Care Association, MEMA/AASA and/or NARSA members. (In order to receive the member rate on booth space as a NARSA member, you can only exhibit in the Mobile Heat Transfer/Heating/Air-conditioning Section.)
- $43.00 USD per square foot for non-members.
- Island booths are an additional charge of $4,100.
An island is open on all four (4) sides. Please note that an island configuration cannot be guaranteed.
- There will be an additional $750.00 corner charge for peninsula booths. A peninsula booth is open on three (3) sides.
- Inline booths with a corner are an additional charge of $280.00. Corners are not guaranteed and charges will be applied after booths are assigned.
- A minimum 50% of your total booth space cost is due with your space contract. An invoice for the remaining 50% will be sent to you from Event Management once your application is submitted.
- All booths must be paid in full by June 7, 2019.
- Please do not complete an exhibit space application if you are participating with a pavilion group.
- All booths are assigned by seniority (years a company has exhibited at AAPEX). Please click here to view the seniority order.
