Description
South Louisiana has always been subject to tropical storms, and each has its own aspects and “personality”. This brings unique challengers to the electrical system. Entergy is continually upgrading and redesigning their system to meet that challenge. This tour is designed to show firsthand, real-world projects that are completed or currently underway that Entergy is doing to harden their system. This tour includes transmission, substations and distribution upgrades and design changes that Entergy has incorporated in their system.
