The present panel aims to expound on the professional and leadership gains with PES volunteering activity. The session will follow a round table structure with world-named PES leaders, who will be sharing the gains that students and young professionals can have by getting engaged with PES volunteering. The panelists will share their trajectories and points of view about how the volunteering engagement helped them achieve their current career success. The panel is mostly dedicated to students who aim to lighten their careers by engaging with the IEEE and PES. By this session, the attendees will learn how to derive benefits from IEEE and PES memberships to step up their opportunities in professional life and achieve career success. There will be space for questions and interaction with the panelists.
