All 2022 supporters will have first rights to renew for the 2024 Conference. Please note there is no guarantee supporter opportunities will remain the same from show to show, thus renewal is not guaranteed.
Contracts will not be accepted or processed, and sponsorship will not be held or assigned without the requisite full payment.
The individual signing the Contract warrants that he/she has the authority to bind contractually the organization applying for the sponsorship item.
Supporter agrees to pay the total balance due within 30 days of signing the supporter contract. Failure to do so shall result in an assessment of a late payment fee and may result in the cancellation of the sponsorship.
The supporter agrees that the sponsorship assigned shall be accepted unless IEEE rejects it within ten (10) days from the date of the contract.
Understand and agree to abide by all terms and conditions governing the agreement.
No refunds will be given except in such an instance where the event is cancelled.
An invoice will be sent to the contact listed in the agreement once the form is accepted. IEEE suggests the supporter retains a copy of the agreement for their files.
