The exhibit hall will be located at:

The ceiling height varies between the halls:

  • Hall A - 18'6" to 24'
  • Hall B - 20'6" to 25'
  • Hall C - 20'6" to 25'
  • Hall D - 25'

There are columns in the exhibit halls. All are indicated on the floorplan, shown with a black dot •.

Hall B

  • B2 – 39.5” x 47”
  • B9 – 30" x 30”

Hall C

  • C2 – 39.5” x 47”
  • C10 – 30" x 30”

Hall D

  • D11 - 34" x 35"
  • D12 - 42" x 35"
  • D22 - 40" x 45"
  • D30 - 40" x 50"

 

Please contact tdexhibits@cemllc.com if you need specific information on a column. We have tried to keep all booth spaces column free, but if there is a column in or near your booth you can request a Column Diagram floorplan showing your booth and the dimensions of any nearby columns.

Some items require an exhibitor permit within the facility. Permits must be submitted for approval a minimum of 14 days prior to the show opening (22 April 2024). View details and download the request form.

Exhibit Hall Access

  • Exhibitors, EACs (Exhibitor Appointed Contractors) and Set-up Staff have access to the exhibit hall with their Badges/Wristbands.
  • On 6 May 2024, exhibitors may continue to set-up after 4:00 PM but aisles MUST be kept clear.
  • On Show Days, exhibitors can access the show floor beginning at 8:00 AM and all must exit the floor once the hall closes each night.
  • EACs and Set-up Staff only have access during move-in and move-out. Before any EACs can enter the Exhibit Hall:
    • Complete an EAC form
    • Provide a compliant certificate of insurance
    • Read all the EAC Info
  • View full access dates and time on the Exhibitor Schedule.
