The 2024 IEEE PES T&D Conference & Exposition has partnered exclusively with Connections Housing to coordinate the official housing program. The IEEE PES T&D Housing Program is THE best deal in town to book through. Hotels are on a first-come first-serve basis and may sell out before the deadline so watch closely for their open.

Booking Info

Booking LESS than 10 rooms per night:

• Book online at available hotels through the Official Housing Site (Link access via Exhibitor Hub)
• Make reservations in 1 session AND confirm instantly
• You will need name, dates, and payment information for each room
• Reservation deadline is 17 April 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern

Booking 10 or MORE rooms:

• Submit a block request at any available Official Hotels
• After the block request has been confirmed, each member of your team can make their reservations within your room block.
• Block request deadline is 1 March 2024
• Individual reservations within this block must be made by 10 March 2024 (prior to regular reservations deadline), otherwise they will be released for general sale.

  Connections Housing:

  • Is the only official housing agency for the IEEE PES T&D Conference and Exposition.
  • ONLY works with hotels contracted by IEEE.
  • Will use the “Housing Seal” (above) on their correspondences.
  • DOES NOT require a deposit or prepayment.

  Beware of “too good to be true” room offers that require a pay now deposit or do not contain the official “IEEE Housing Seal.” IEEE has been informed that other companies have pursued confernce attendees to book guest rooms at supposedly significant discounts. Past attendees using these companies have reported:

  • Loosing their significant deposits
  • Being relocated to another hotel with little or no warning
  • Not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed at/or at any

  We understand that this has caused great hardships and significant financial loss to these companies and individuals. Reservations made through an agency other than Connections Housing will be at your own risk. Notify IEEE Connections Housing if you are contacted by one of these companies.
