The 2024 IEEE PES T&D Conference & Exposition has partnered exclusively with Connections Housing to coordinate the official housing program. The IEEE PES T&D Housing Program is THE best deal in town to book through. Hotels (when available) will be on a first-come first-serve basis and may sell out before the deadline so watch closely for their open.

  Hotels are inspected by IEEE and special rates are contracted; we deliver as promised! No Contract is required for exhibitor or group bookings.

  If you don’t see your preferred hotel available online, simply call or email the IEEE Housing office and we will put you on the waitlist for that hotel. If that hotel becomes available, we will revise your reservation and send you an updated acknowledgment.

• Urgent Notice Regarding Hotel Reservations

  Connections Housing:

  • Is the only official housing agency for the IEEE PES T&D Conference and Exposition.
  • ONLY works with hotels contracted by IEEE.
  • Will use the “Housing Seal” (above) on their correspondences.
  • DOES NOT require a deposit or prepayment.

  Beware of “too good to be true” room offers that require a pay now deposit or do not contain the official “IEEE Housing Seal.” IEEE has been informed that other companies have pursued confernce attendees to book guest rooms at supposedly significant discounts. Past attendees using these companies have reported:

  • Loosing their significant deposits
  • Being relocated to another hotel with little or no warning
  • Not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed at/or at any

  We understand that this has caused great hardships and significant financial loss to these companies and individuals. Reservations made through an agency other than Connections Housing will be at your own risk. Notify IEEE Connections Housing if you are contacted by one of these companies.
