PRIVATELY OWNED VEHICLES (POV)

If you will not be shipping your booth materials but bringing them in your own Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) here are some details about cart service, move-in, move-out and what does or does not qualify.
POV & Cart Service
Exhibitors are allowed to hand-carry their own materials into the exhibit hall; however, the use or rental of dollies, flat trucks and other mechanical equipment is not permitted. If you will be bringing your own material in any cars, pick-ups, vans, trucks primarily designed for passenger use (not cargo or freight vehicle), please read this information carefully. See an image below for vehicles that do and do not qualify for POV.
Cart Service Includes:
- Freeman workers with flat cart scooters will assist with unloading.
- Each cart can handle a load of 3’ Wide x 4’ Long x 3’ High.
- Each load must not exceed 300 lbs.
- Storage of empty cardboard/product boxes (no additional charge)

Rates: Round trip (from the dock to the booth and the booth to the dock) - $295.00
Service Dates & Times:
- Move-In:
- 5 May | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 6 May | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Move-Out:
- 9 May | 3:01 PM – 10:00 PM*
- 10 May | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM*
Note:
*Please visit the Freeman Service Center to complete and/or submit an Outbound Material Handling Agreement.
Any vehicles that do not qualify for this service or require mechanical assistance to unload will be directed to the Freeman Marshalling Yard.
