HOSPITALITY SUITE & SPEICIAL EVENTS

Only contracted exhibitors in good standing are permitted to reserve function space or hospitality suites at an IEEE PES T&D hotel.

All requests MUST have a Hospitality Request Form (coming soon) submitted or hotels/Connection Housing will not approve the request.

Beginning in October 2023, exhibitors may contact:

Exhibitors wishing to host a special event in their booth outside of official show hours must complete the Special Event Request Form (coming soon) and receive approval from show management. See additional requirements below.

Events BEFORE Show Hours:

• Complete the form including the time, date, and the number of invited attendees.
• All your invited guests MUST have a show badge.
• Arrange for all your guests to meet as a group in the lobby at the entrance closest to your booth. Then have one of your company staff escort them into the exhibit hall.
• If you are inviting more than 30 people, you will be required to hire a security guard to ensure your guests stay in your booth. The security order form will be available October 2023.

Events AFTER Show Hours:

• You must comply with all items listed under “Events Before Show Hours” above.
• AND you will be REQUIRED to hire a security guard to ensure your guests stay in your booth regardless of the size of the group. The security order form will be available October 2023.
• If you are planning to serve refreshments at your event you will order from the IEEE PES T&D official catering vendor. Vendor and order form will be available October 2023.
