Our company is an NWFA member and we have worked a wide array of members to help them develop their vision, create their leadership team, understand their numbers and improve performance.
We provide a combination of remote coaching and on-site training to help business owners develop their vision, communicate it with the team and put great ideas into action. We also offer webinars, seminars and speaking engagements designed to bring greater business understanding to the community.
Company founder, Doug Howard, is a graduate of the Wharton School. He has dedicated his career to the success and growth of small businesses in many industries across the country.
The process of getting started with Growth Team Strategies is easy. It all starts with a 30-minute call with Doug to learn more about the business and to determine areas of need. Then a proposal for monthly service is created and the process begins.
Each client is provided with a dedicated drive for uploading information, a schedule for coaching calls and access to our GRASP (growth readiness and strategic planning) business tool.
There is no contract or long-term obligation, though we are pleased that most of our clients work with us for many years.
