Join NWFA as the main Expo sponsor for these two events and welcome attendees to Orlando and celebrate the industry with other like-minded individuals.  The program will focus on NWFA's members' accomplishments over the year, industry update, and the Wood Floor of the Year Awards program.

Welcome Reception| 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
We will host a reception following the opening session where attendees will enjoy drinks, appetizers and networking with new and old colleagues.  

Sponsors will receive recognition throughout the evening during the session, signs, bars, and food stations.

Let's celebrate another successful Wood Flooring Expo with food and drinks one last time before everyone goes home.  This event is very popular with our attendees and provides an opportunity to network with old and new friends one last time.

Sponsors will be recognized throughout the event on signage and mobile app.

NWFA Expo will host the seventh Emerging Leaders Reception and Session.  These events are for members 40 years of age and under, and we anticipate 150+ attendees.  

Sponsorship includes signage throughout the events and sponsor(s) can provide a swag gift for all attendees, with the understanding that the cost/shipping will be the responsibility of the sponsoring company and not NWFA.
 

Join other exhibitors and sponsor the It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere Happy Hour on Wednesday, April 22, from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Beer will be served in your booth during the last hour of the trade show floor, where you can showcase your company's products while serving a beer of your choice.  

The sponsor fee covers the cost of beer/bartender fee and includes promotion in the mobile app. Participating companies also qualify for the Friend Sponsorship at $500-$1,999

Join other exhibitors and sponsor the Happy Hour on Wednesday, April 22, from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Serve a cocktail of your choice in your booth during the last hour of the trade show floor, where you can showcase your company's products while enjoying a cocktail.

The sponsor fee covers the cost of drinks for 100 people, the bartender fee, and includes promotion in the mobile app. Participating companies also qualify for the Sponsorship at Supporter Sponsor $2,000-$5,999.

The Exhibitor Demonstration Theater has become a very popular event over the years.  The theater is located on the show floor and provides exhibitors with an opportunity to demonstrate a product of their choice.  

Each sponsor will have a half-hour timeslot to present a product demo and will be recognized with their company logo on the theater signage and mentioned within the mobile app.

Join NWFA as a co-exhibitor for the Distributor & Manufacturer on Wednesday, April 22,  5:00-6:00 p.m., following the close of the exhibit hall in the convention center.  The event hosts 200+ attendees and is a great time to network and build new business relationships.  

Sponsors will receive recognition throughout the event on signage and bar stations.
