CDI Laboratories uses its 20,000 human protein collection to produce HuProt™ v4.0 - the world’s largest microarray - v4.0 contains >21,000 individually purified human proteins and splice variants, encompassing 16,793 genes (~81% of the canonical proteome) as defined by the Human Protein Atlas. CDI offers HuProt assays as a service which includes ImmuneProfiler™ high-throughput biomarker discovery service for autoimmune disease, oncology, immunoncology predictive diagnostic assays, and vaccine development. In addition, CDI is releasing its new line of monospecific antibodies monoMabs™ for IHC. All monoMabs™ are highly validated and tested for specificity against 81% of the human proteome.
