The Michelson Medical Research Foundation (MMRF) is part of Michelson Philanthropies, a network of philanthropic foundations. MMRF accelerates solutions to global health challenges by funding high-risk, high-potential biomedical research. MMRF boosts early career investigators through two prize programs. Michelson Prizes: Next Generation Grants awards $150,000 research grants; Michelson Philanthropies & Science Prize for Immunology awards a $30,000 grand prize and $10,000 finalist prizes. Both prizes support researchers 35 or younger applying disruptive concepts and inventive processes to advance human immunology, vaccine discovery, and immunotherapy research.
