Nodexus is a group of scientists and engineers that have come together to solve bottleneck problems in critical biotechnology research workflows. Our first instrument, the NX One, is a flexible, affordable, single cell sorter and liquid dispenser designed with the intent of allowing the deposition of single cells in a gentle and efficient way for downstream cloning, sequencing, or other ’Omics assays. This is achieved through an affordable microfluidic disposable cartridge that minimizes aerosolization while enhancing cell viability when compared to conventional FACS technologies
