Swaasa® by Salcit Technologies is a smartphone-based, patented, award-winning AI-powered respiratory screening and monitoring solution. We are the 'Shazam of cough sounds', and utilize a 10-second cough sample from a user to accurately predict their spirometry values (FEV1, FVC), identify COPD, Asthma, TB, and a number of other respiratory health characteristics. Our goal is to scale remote patient monitoring, ease primary care triage, and reduce exacerbations and hospital readmissions, thereby saving hospital systems, patients, and insurance companies time and money. We are one of the first software-as-a-medical-devices SaMD approved by the Indian Government, and have completed 300,000 assessments to date. We are also working with a number of American universities (UCSF, UC Irvine, Baylor, Thomas Jefferson, Cleveland Clinic, and more) for clinical trials and broader partnerships.
