Montage Health is a nonprofit collection — a montage — of entities designed to keep people healthy and connected. We are based in Monterey, California. Montage Health includes an acute care hospital, physician clinics with 85+ employed physicians, an approximately 7,000-member Medicare Advantage HMO Plan, medical (and public) wellness centers, a skilled nursing facility, urgent care clinics and a hospice service line. Our Montage Medical Group was created to ease a shortage of doctors in Monterey County and now includes dozens of primary care physicians and specialists.
