Reserve Your Booth (Returning Exhibitors)

If you are looking to secure a previously reserved booth after space consultation with our Exhibits team, please confirm your booth space and sign your exhibitor agreement.

Do not submit a second reservation form unless your company intends to exhibit with multiple booths and company listings.

Exhibitor Registration & Housing

Exhibitors will be prompted by an AMCP-branded email to register and book hotel rooms when Registration opens. Our official registration and housing partner is Maritz.

Exhibitor Service Kit (Available February 2025)

The exhibitor service kit will be available in early February. Emails will be sent from our general contractor (Shepard Exposition Services) to the primary booth contact. Exhibitors will also be notified of key deadlines by periodic bulletin from the AMCP Expo team.
