National Hemophilia Foundation
Comprehensive Care Sustainability Collaborative (CCSC) is an ongoing quality improvement/cost containment initiative supported by the National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF). The aim of CCSC is to provide payers with knowledge crucial for managing the high costs associated with hemophilia and to augment the sustainability of Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs) by overcoming communication gaps to increase connectivity between all stakeholders.
Managed care and payer representatives play a vital role in improving access to quality care for patients with hemophilia. The goal is to improve patient outcomes while containing or even lowering the cost of care for this high cost, chronic disease. Join CCSC to gain insights from hemophilia providers and payer experts, access useful management tools and resources, and advance your collaboration with HTCs and employers. Even if you do not manage many members impacted by hemophilia, the lessons learned from CCSC are applicable to managing any high-cost, chronic conditions.
