The IMPC is working to determine the function of all the genes in the human genome and their role in disease.
The IMPC aims to generate a null mutation for every protein-coding gene in the mouse genome, to acquire broad-based phenotype data for each mutation, and to freely disseminate the mutant resource and phenotype data to the scientific community. So far we have phenotyping data for 7824 genes and counting!
Visit us and our data wranglers will help you explore our free dataset!
Our latest data release has pushed the number of phenotyped genes has reached 7,824 bringing the total number of phenotyped mutant lines to 8,457. Have we phenotyped your favourite genes yet?
