We engage in biomedical research and education with a mission to connect scientists and the public. We have been teaching high school students 10+ years, enabling them to learn and perform their own research while encouraging them to raise funds to provide microgrants to scientists.
Based on our experience, we now plan to institute a Citizen-Scientist Sequencing Center which will provide a safe space for people to own and understand their genomic data and track their transcriptome data over time. Privacy first. Come learn more about it and ways you can help or benefit from it.
