parrot.md is an app designed to allow physicians to post, trade, and sell call assignments with other credentialed physicians. When faced with a call assignment that conflicts with their schedule, physicians can anonymously post the call assignment along with the price they are willing to pay on the app for other physicians to view and consider taking. When a match is made, the call assignment is traded, payment is made, and the hospital is notified of the change in schedule.
