The app s has 2 major components; 1) the patient facing Prostate Cancer Health Storylines application enabling Real World, Real-Time data collection, monitoring of patient experience data, and reported outcomes and 2) the provider facing patient monitoring, clinical decision support system, and research tool, which is integrated into the patient app enabling clinicians and researchers to gather in near real time Quality of Life, Patient Reported Outcomes, and Real-World Experience.
