  • High-flow and dependable cooling performance in electrical engineering

Leak-free connections guaranteed by screw-in connectors from Eisele

Coolant fittings in power electronics or electrical engineering applications must be absolutely leakproof to protect critical electronic components. LIQUIDLINE coolant fittings from Eisele guarantee improved flow performance and reliability in critical cooling applications.

Leaks in coolant installations in electrical applications often cause short circuits and severe damage to systems. That is why coolant applications in semiconductor production, battery cooling and transformer cooling must be absolutely leakproof. For this purpose, Eisele offers screw-in connectors of the LIQUIDLINE 5500 series made of saltwater-resistant aluminum. They fulfil the special requirements for tube holding power and can be used together with aluminum heat sinks. The patented screw-in technology ensures that tubes remain connected with no leaks even in the event of frequent vibrations or movements of the tube and extreme temperature changes. To provide solutions for different application scenarios, Eisele offers the same series in both stainless steel and dezincification-resistant brass.

Improved flow rate even at extreme temperatures

For maximum cooling performance in power electronics applications Eisele offers its time-proven solid metal plug connectors with pivoting 90° or 45° elbows as the middle element. The elbow threaded fittings achieve more than 50 percent better flow rates than conventional elbow fittings, since there is no turbulence and no obstruction of the flow to prevent heat dissipation. The coolant fittings are ideal for heavy-duty cooling applications such as welding processes, high-frequency induction heating, liquid cooled transformers or power electronics. The improved flow rate of the elbows allows use of smaller diameters to achieve the same cooling effect as with conventional elbow connectors. Due to the large range of high-quality sealing materials, suitably designed Eisele fittings can also be used at temperatures from -50 °C to +200 °C (-58 to 392 Fahrenheit).

  • LiquidLine
The Eisele LIQUIDLINE offers the most extensive line of screw-in and push-in fittings for coolant applications on the market. The coolant fittings are made of dezincification-resistant brass....

  • High-quality push-in fittings for closed coolant applications

The Eisele LIQUIDLINE offers the most comprehensive line of screw-in and push-in fittings and threaded connections for cooling water circuits. Dezincification-resistant brass was especially designed for closed cooling water circuits. This alloy guarantees long life and functionality of all components. Additional safety is achieved by durable FKM-sealings (Viton). LIQUIDLINE threaded connections and push-in fittings for cooling water withstand aggressive watery liquids and many other substances. They are resistant to high and low temperatures.

To provide connections for diverse applications, Eisele also offers series 4500 and 4600 with push-in coolant fittings manufactured of highly resistant stainless steel. Series 5500 with push-in connectors of corrosion-resistant aluminium is designed for use in combination with aluminium heat sinks.

  • MultiLine
Modular multi-media connector all in one housing....

  • The fully modular design principle of this multiple and multi-media connector makes it possible to combine such different operating media as compressed air, vacuum, gases, coolants and liquids as well as electronics and electrical wiring in a single interface. Eisele Connectors MULTILINE series is an individually configurable multiple connector that is available with or without shut-off and also in a drip-free version. For use in the food industry the connectors are also available with FDA-compliant seals. The optimally compatible adaptive inserts of the MULTILINE ADAPTIVE and MULTILINE E allow flexible integration of different diameters, connection types and media in one modular multiple connector. If the requirements change, the connector can easily be adapted by hand, without the use of tools.
