Exhibit Hall Schedule

Exhibit Hall activities take place in the Summit Ballroom at Caesars Forum. This includes all evening receptions, as well as lunch on Wednesday. Exhibitor and Exhibit Hall Registration & Information is located in the Summit Ballroom Pre-function.

 

Sunday, 10 September

7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Exhibitor Registration & Information

8 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Exhibitor Move-In

Monday, 11 September

7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Exhibitor Registration & Information

8 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Exhibitor Move-In (there will be no access to the exhibit hall from 1 - 3 p.m. for exhibitors - at 3 p.m. exhibitors will be able to enter the exhibit hall)

2 - 7:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Visitor Registration

4 - 7:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Open/Exhibition and Reception

5:30 - 6:30 p.m. - What's New, What's It Do? Sessions in the BICSI Theater

7:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Closes

Tuesday, 12 September

7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. - Exhibitor Registration & Information

1 - 7 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Visitor Registration

2 - 7 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Open (there will be no access for to the exhibit hall until 1 p.m. for exhibitors)

4:30 - 7 p.m. - Exhibition and Reception

5 - 6 p.m. - What's New, What's It Do? Sessions in the BICSI Theater

7 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Closes

Wednesday, 13 September

8 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Exhibitor Registration & Information

8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Visitor Registration

9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Open (there will be no access to the exhibit hall until 8:30 a.m. for exhibitors)

11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Lunch in the Exhibit Hall

1:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Closes

1:30 - 8 p.m. - Exhibitor Move-Out
