Conference Registration
Registration for the 2023 BICSI Fall Conference includes:
- General and Concurrent Conference Sessions
- The registration fee also includes:
- Beverages and light snacks available during breaks Tuesday through Thursday.
- Exhibit Hall food and beverages:
- Light hors d’oeuvres and drinks in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday evening.
- Lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday.
The conference registration fee does not include admittance to Pre-Conference Masterclasses.
NOTE: There will be no ICT Direct (virtual option) offered for the 2023 Fall Conference & Exhibition.
On-Site Badge Pick-up
Full registration and badge pick-up/check-in will be available at the Caesars Forum Pre-Function area.
- Sunday, 10 September: 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Monday, 11 September: 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, 12 September: 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, 13 September: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Thursday, 14 September: 8:30 a.m. – noon
Exhibit Hall Visitor Passes:
- Visitors to the Exhibit Hall may purchase single-day Exhibit Hall visitor passes for US$50 per day.
Guest/Spouse Registration:
Intended for guests or spouses not in the ICT industry. Provides access to the evening receptions in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday, lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, as well as snack items in the Guest Hospitality Lounge from Tuesday to Thursday. There will also be special activities in the Guest Hospitality Lounge on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Guest/Spouse Registration fee is US$150 per person.
Senior, Installer/Technician, Military, and Students (SIMS)
All attendees registering as a Senior (62+), Installer/Technician, Active Military, or Student (SIMS) must provide official documentation and/or I.D. prior to registering for the conference. To do so, you must contact BICSI Customer Care at bicsi@bicsi.org or call us at +1 813.979.1991 or 800.242.7405 (USA & Canada toll-free). I.D. is required at the registration counter at the conference.
Senior
Open to any attendee who is at least 62-years-old. I.D. is required.*
*If you have been previously approved for the Senior rate, the discount will automatically apply in the shopping cart when registering online.
Active Military
Must be on active duty in any branch of the military services to qualify. Military I.D. is required.
Students
Must provide official documentation from either their high school or university/college registrar, dean, or professor, verifying current full-time student status. Please note that student identification cards WILL NOT be accepted.
IMPORTANT: RCDDs and RITPs may only register under the SIMS category if they are also a senior citizen, active military member, or are currently enrolled as a student.
