Profile

Ms. Callaway is a Technology Systems Department Manager with Gresham Smith leading a technology design team that will help expand the firm's current architectural and engineering services. She has 27 years of experience in designing a variety of ICT systems for many higher education campuses, the U.S. Military, emergency operation centers, data centers, broadcast and production projects, and other high profile technology intensive facilities. Her expertise spans many specialties including the design and integration of structured cabling infrastructures, state of the art audio-visual systems, outside plant (OSP) infrastructures, and security systems. She also has experience in construction administration, project management, and technology quality control. For the last seven years, she has been involved on the construction side of the technology industry. In that role, she managed and led a team that handled some of the largest technology installations in the Tampa Bay area. She currently volunteers with BICSI serving as Chair of the RCSC and as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BICSI and AVIXA.
