Parking
Self-parking is U.S.$20 per car, per day with in/out privileges for 2025 Winter Conference & Exhibition attendees. Valet parking will be offered at the regular rate of U.S.$38 per night.
Guarantee Policy
Must be guaranteed with a valid major credit or debit card. Authorization of one night room rate plus tax will occur 5 days prior to arrival. Use of a debit card will remove funds from bank account. If authorization declines, reservations will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax.

Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in guestrooms and only permitted in designated areas.
