Andrew Oliviero is Vice President of Research & Development for Belden’s Smart Infrastructure Solutions business segment. He is responsible for technology and innovation strategy, and development of new cable and connectivity solutions for Broadband, Data Center and Enterprise markets and Belden’s network and data solutions.
Andrew has held leadership roles in optical fiber Research & Development, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Marketing and Sales for the last twenty nine years and previously worked with OFS, its parent company Furukawa Electric, and Lucent Technologies.
Andrew holds a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
