Room Rates

Rate is U.S.$275 for single/double occupancy* with a U.S.$35 resort fee**.

Discounted rate ends Monday, 29 December 2025.

Upgrades and Special Requests

Please contact the hotel directly at 1-407-239-4200 for suite upgrade rates and other information. Special requests, including king beds, connecting rooms, etc., are not guaranteed and will be granted based on availability on the day of arrival.

Important Things to Note

Sub-Room Blocks

Parking

The parking options at the Orlando World Center Marriott are daily on-site parking, daily valet parking, and electric car charging stations. Conference attendees will receive 50% off the daily self-parking rate, which includes in/out privileges. The discounted rate is $19 plus tax per day. Valet parking is also available at a rate of $55 plus tax per day.

Guarantee Policy

Must be guaranteed with a valid major credit or debit card. Authorization of one night room rate plus tax will occur at the time of booking. Use of a debit card will remove funds from your bank account. If authorization declines, reservations will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax.

*Rate includes fees that are used to offset and defray the logistical costs associated with this Conference.

**The reduced resort fee of $35/night is specifically for BICSI attendees booking directly within the official block only. The resort fee includes:

Enhanced in-room wireless internet for up to six devices
Daily admission to River Falls Water Park for up to four guests
Daily scheduled shuttle service to Disney Parks for up to four guests
Nightly scheduled shuttle service to Disney Springs for up to four guests
