Marcho Farms welcomes you to the IRFS 2020! Enjoy the show

Marcho Farms is the largest producer of domestic Veal and Lamb in the country.  We pride ourselves in providing our customers with the finest product in the industry.  We strive for quality and safety, Marcho Farms is the only company that oversees the entire process from start to finish, beginning with calf purchase, using certified growers and using a 3 step propriatary feed for our growers to feed our animals.  We also have a unique testing system, we test each carcass for e-coli and 5 other pathogens, no other meat company in the country does it this way.  Marcho Farms is completely sustainable and a leader in the industry when it comes to figuring out ways  to eliminate waste.  We use 100% of the animal.  One of the ways we can do this is by utilizing our sister company Provimi.  Provimi will produce many of our fully prepared items such as Demi Glaces and Sauces, 100% Veal  Meatballs, and Ossi Bucco Raviolis just to name a few.  60% of our business is in Food  Service followed by around 40% being Retail, making us available to consumers in the finest restaurants or in the comfort of their own home.

Thank you for supporting American Family Farmers!

Brands: Regardless of whether it’s lamb or veal, when it’s Marcho Farms, you can rest assured that the end product is of the highest quality and consistently delicious.
