In 1989, Mr. and Mrs. Tran followed their passion for authentic Asian groceries and started their own food importing business. Seeing the decline in food standards in their beloved Asian pantry, in 2012, the company decided to take a stance against many of the factories that engaged in harmful practices– things like having food tainted with harmful chemicals, inaccurate labelling, having deliberately concealed ingredients including allergens and food made in high risk non-certified factories. Today, Mrs. Tran’s Kitchen only works with manufacturers who share their vision for a cleaner food industry.
At Mrs. Trans Kitchen, we strive to share authentic and traditional Asian cuisines with everyone. To achieve this we conducted our own extensive market research and discovered that the Asian grocery industry is not addressing the needs of a community increasingly concerned about health and wellbeing.
When it comes to food service, we have a range of products that are easy to prepare and caters for clients with food allergies whilst staying true to the authentic Asian flavours. We have products that are (not limited to):
