We are a 110 year old, farmer-owned dairy co-operative in Oregon producing cheddar and jack cheeses, and the #1 retail cheese brand in the Western US. Tillamook is also the top cheese that is mentioned by name on menus across the country, known to bring a “halo effect” since diners recognize it brings distinctive flavor to dishes in restaurants that range from burger restaurants to fine dining. We also produce ice cream, frozen novelties, yogurt, butter and sour cream.
We hope to have an opportunity to introduce you to our range of cheeses – especially our flagship cheddars – at our booth 1440. The cheddars are made using heat-shocked (not pasteurized) milk, and aged from a minimum of 6 months to 7 years, in an artisan-style process that brings flavor and complexity that belies its price, and is loved by consumers.
