Products and services proposed for exhibition must relate specifically to the practice and advancement of the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of epilepsy, or the education of those treating or conducting research related to epilepsy and their patients. A 50% deposit of the total booth space reserved is due with your reservation if booth is reserved on or before August 24, 2018.  After August 24, 2018, payment is due in full. 

Payment by check or credit card must be received within 10 business days in order to retain your booth hold.

Epilepsy Resource Area
The Epilepsy Resource Area features advocacy groups and non-profits in epilepsy. The Resource Area is currently sold out, but contact Jennifer Bitner to join the waitlist in case of cancellations.
