Click on “Exhibitor Tools" then click "Floorplan." On the floor plan, you will see three different colored booths. Yellow booths are already reserved by another company. Green booths are not currently available but might be placed back into general inventory. Blue booths are available.
Click on “Reserve Your Booth." This will lead you to our Booth Space Contract. Your booth preference will be collected within the Exhibitor Application. Final booth placement will be done by DDW Show Management.

Exhibitor registration for booth personnel will open on January 22, 2020. Go to "Exhibitor Tools," click "Resouce Center," and click the tile called "Booth Personnel." If you need assistance, please contact Convention Data Services at ddw@xpressreg.net.

All booth personnel must be registered and will not be allowed on the Exhibit Hall floor without an exhibitor badge. 

Each exhibiting company is allowed an unlimited number of complimentary exhibitor badges for their booth personnel.

No, exhibitor and exhibitor attendee badges must pick them up onsite. If you are the main contact for your company, then you may pick up the badges for all of your staff at once or have individuals pick them up separately.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. 

Groups of 20+ Rooms
Hotel will charge a non-refundable deposit of one nights rooms and tax on or about Friday, March 6, 2020 to the credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy
Groups of 19 or less Rooms
Guests must cancel reservations 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one nights room and tax. 

Groups of 20+ Rooms
Cancellations must be completed by Friday, March 6, 2020. After this date, cancellations will be charged a non-refundable deposit of one nights room and tax.

You can quickly preview any updates you make to your Online Booth profile by clicking on the computer screen icon beside your booth number in the Exhibitor Console.

To update your online booth profile:

  1. Log in using the password found in your welcome email.
  2. Navigate to the "Exhibitor Console" and then select "Edit Booth Info".

  3. Fill in your company contact information.
  4. Scroll to the section where you are asked for "Website Url" and enter the company web address that you would like attendees to visit for more information about your company.
  5. Select the categories for your products and services.
  6. Click on the "Save" button.

In the Exhibitor Console, click on Products, Show Specials, Press Releases, Videos.

Enter the description and images in the appropriate fields.

Click on the "Add" button to save and exit.

If you cannot click on these items then you need to choose an online booth upgrade. Visit the Digital Promotion Packages page.

Visit the Product Showcase and click on the search box at the top to search by keyword, category or subcategory.
Visit the Exhibitor Video gallery and search by keyword or exhibitor name.
Visit the Show Specials page to see what special events exhibitors are planning in their booths. 
Visit the exhibitor Press Release gallery to read the latest press releases posted by exhibitors.

You can search for Exhibitors on the Interactive Event Map page or the Exhibitor List page.

To perform a more extensive search, go to the Advanced Search page. Search for exhibitors by keyword, product category, country and state.

The My Exhibitors list contains the names of all the exhibitors you have tagged as favorites.

You can add an exhibitor as a favorite from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the star icon next to their company name. Your list of favorites can be found under the My Exhibitors tab.

Abstracts will be accepted at the DDW abstract submission site from Oct. 17, 2019, through Dec. 1, 2019. Late-breaking abstracts will be accepted from February 2020. Click here for more information.
There is a $60 non-refundable processing charge per abstract. (There is a $120 non-refundable abstract processing fee for late-breaking abstracts.) Abstracts will not be submitted until payment information is complete. Please note that this is a processing fee and not a publishing fee — abstracts not selected for presentation at DDW are also subject to the fee. Authors have the option of paying by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. No purchase orders or checks will be accepted.
Refunds cannot be offered for any abstracts that have been submitted for DDW. The fees collected cover the cost to process the abstracts whether or not one attends the meeting.
DDW will award up to 20 Basic Science Travel Awards for the 2020 meeting. Selected authors of basic science abstracts will receive a $1,000 travel grant along with recognition at a reception during DDW.
