Operating since 2000, Modern Turf specializes in growing, installing and maintaining warm season turf for golf, athletic and other markets. We can custom mow our sod to specific heights to meet your needs. Our products are sold domestically and internationally. We sell certified and registered sod and sprigs of Tifway 419, Celebration, Latitude 36, NorthBridge. UltraDwarf bermudas include MiniVerde, Calcutta, Sunday and the new Mach 1 released by CGCS Rod Lingle. Our certified zoysia grasses include Zorro and Empire. We ship domestically and internationally. Located in South Carolina, most of our sales are in the southeast. States we sell into include Va, Maryland, North &South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky, Indiana and Illinois (so far..). We lay sod and plant sprigs by hand and mechanically and can no-till plant fairways. We own equipment to help manage your larger maintenance projects for fairway aeration, topdressing, vertical mowing as well as laser leveling. Modern Turf boasts 10 turf degree holding employees, 6 of whom are former golf course superintendents. We know golf turf!
