CTS - Exhibitor Business Lounge/Show Management

The Conference and Trade Show Exhibitor Business Lounge (EBL) and Freeman Service Desk, sponsored by Freeman, has meeting areas available for exhibitors to conduct business, get answers to questions, and find information about future shows. All exhibitor services are combined in this one-stop-shop staffed by The Conference and Trade Show management and Freeman to provide all exhibitors with the best customer service possible.

Exhibitor Business Lounge: Located in booth 2951, all exhibitors are invited to use the EBL, which provides an informal setting to discuss business or just a place to relax. Information about the 2022 Conference and Trade Show in Orlando, Orange County will also be available in the EBL, as well as the 2022 booth space application for exhibiting in Orange County. Relax or conduct meetings in complimentary, semi-private meeting rooms. In addition, trade show management is available during trade show hours to assist with any questions or needs.
